At the beginning of the year, we often look forward and set our intentions based on how we would like our year to look. This year I am doing things a little differently. This year I am looking backwards.
Last year I started practising gratitude and I noticed a big shift in my energy. Gratitude has been shown to be the true source of happiness. So I have decided to take that forward into 2018 but start by looking back at 2017 and acknowledging 30 wonderful things that have happened.
I was inspired by Austin Kleon who wrote a blog last January ‘100 Things that Made My Year’. He won’t mind me taking his blog idea as he is the author of a wonderful book “Steal Like an Artist” which is definitely worth a read.

How are you feeling today?
I am feeling great. I have been working on becoming a hormone specialist, a real passion of mine, so I am super excited to be able to share this added benefit with you.
If you are not feeling as amazing as you know you could be or have hormonal imbalances you would like resolved, why not get in touch?
Ask me anything you like – such as can homeopathy can work for you or will your energy improve? I will be open and honest in what you can expect from working with me and using homeopathy to help treat your symptoms.
Prefer email? That’s fine too; here is my contact form.
I look forward to hearing from you!
